Returns and Exchanges

All Items (except earrings) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost items. Please email us at gldnblooms@gmail.com to let us know the reason for the return or exchange, and for the return shipping address.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
